Terms.

whatevr is a launchpad. It deploys contracts that anyone can trade against. It does not hold your funds, cannot move your tokens, and cannot reverse a trade.

Launching is open to anyone. Nothing here is reviewed or approved before it exists, and a token appearing on this site is not a recommendation to buy it.

Using this site means these terms apply to you. If you do not accept them, the thing to do is close the tab, because there is nothing here that works without them.

You have to be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least eighteen. This is not a product for anyone younger, and there is no version of it that is.

You must not use this site if you are in a country under comprehensive sanctions, if you are on a sanctions list, or if you are acting for somebody who is. The same goes for using it where a law where you live says you cannot. We do not check, and that is exactly why it is on you: we cannot give back what a wallet loses to a block you should not have been making.

All of it. A token launched here can go to zero, and most will. There is no floor, no buyback, and nothing behind the price but whoever is willing to pay it.

Buying in the first seconds of a launch costs almost everything you spend, because of the anti-sniper tax. That is shown before you sign and it is not refunded.

A launch's tax is set by whoever created it and can be up to 10%. Combined with the platform's 1%, a buyer can pay 11% of what they spend on a single trade.

Nothing here is investment advice, and nobody here is your adviser or your broker. What you do with a wallet is your decision and your loss.

This is the part worth reading twice.

Anyone can launch a token declaring anyone's handle. The person named has not agreed to anything, is not involved, and usually does not know it exists. A token about someone is not that person's token.

While nobody has claimed a launch, every page says the handle was declared by the creator. We do not verify identity and do not present a declared handle as an endorsement. When someone does claim, their handle and their post are shown so that anyone can see who claimed it and judge for themselves.

If a token carries your name and you would rather it did not, write to hey@whatevr.fun. You do not have to claim anything, explain yourself, or prove who you are to ask for that. What happens next is two sections down, in plain words, including the part we cannot do.

Asking for the name to come off does not touch the share accrued in your name. It stays yours to claim for exactly as long as it would have, and the launch's claim page says how long that is and who can take it after.

We do not verify identities. Not the person a token names, not the person who launches it, and not the person who claims one. No label on this site means that we checked, because we did not check.

A handle on a launch is what the creator typed. It is a declaration by that creator and nothing else. A claim is a post from that handle and a signature, both shown so that anyone can read them and decide for themselves. A claim says a post exists. It does not say who wrote it.

Where the launch form shows a badge from X, that badge is X's and is named as X's. A badge anyone can buy is evidence of a subscription, not of a person.

The names, handles, photographs, logos and marks shown here belong to the people and projects they identify. Nothing on this site is a licence to use them, and their appearance here is not permission from their owners. They are here to say who a token is about, which is a statement by whoever launched it.

A token's picture, name, symbol, description and links are supplied by its creator. Nothing is reviewed before it exists. An avatar beside a handle is either that account's own public profile picture or a photograph published elsewhere under a free licence, kept with the credit that licence requires.

If a photograph, a work or a mark of yours is on this site and you did not license it here, it comes down. You do not have to prove ownership beyond telling us what the work is and where you publish it.

Anything on this site can be reported to hey@whatevr.fun. A photograph of you, a copyrighted work, a trademark, an account pretending to be you, or a token that names you and should not. Anyone can report, whether or not they are the person named.

Send the link or the token address, what is wrong with it, and how to reach you. If you are reporting copyright or a trademark, add what the work or mark is, where you publish it, and that you believe this use is not authorised and that what you are telling us is accurate. If you are writing for the owner, say who you represent. A report we cannot act on because it does not say what to look at gets a reply asking for that, not silence.

A person reads every report and answers, normally within two business days. Where we host what you reported, it stops being served before you are answered rather than after. A photograph that comes down is blocked by the content of the file, so the same image cannot be uploaded again, and it comes off every launch that was showing it, not only the one you named.

Reporting is not claiming. Asking for your name to come off does not touch what has accrued in your name, and it does not require you to prove who you are.

We keep what you send in an internal record, so that a takedown can be explained later. It names whoever asked for it, which is why it is not published and never becomes a page on this site.

What we can do is stop showing it. The picture stops being served, and the token's page stops appearing on whatevr.fun: off the board, off the ranking, off the arena, off search. That is the whole of what we control, and it is what we commit to.

What nobody can do is take the token off the chain. It is a contract on a public chain. It goes on existing, it stays tradable, and anyone can go on buying and selling it by calling the contract directly or through any other interface. We cannot stop that, and neither can anyone else, us included. Any site that promises you otherwise is promising something it cannot perform.

The share of the fee accrued in your name stays exactly where it is. Taking a token off this site does not move it, does not release it to anybody else, and does not shorten the window. It is collected by whoever claims the handle, and by nobody else.

Do not use this site to pretend to be somebody else. Do not launch a token that presents itself as issued, endorsed or run by a person or a company when it is not, and do not claim a handle you do not hold.

Do not upload a photograph, a video or an audio clip made to look like a real person saying or doing something they did not. Do not upload sexual content involving a real person who did not consent to it, or anything involving a child. Do not upload material that is somebody else's to publish.

Do not publish information you know to be false in order to move a price, and do not use this site to manipulate a market, to launder money, or to break a law where you are.

We can stop showing any token, any picture and any text, at any time, for any of these reasons or for none. We are under no obligation to look for any of it in advance, and nothing here says that we do. Taking something off this site changes nothing on chain, which is the previous section and the reason it is written where it is.

A name, a symbol, a picture, a description, a link, a declared handle: what you put on a launch is yours and stays yours. By putting it here you let us show it, store it, resize it, mirror it and include it in this site and in a link preview of it, for as long as it is on the site and afterwards in our internal records.

You are saying, when you publish it, that it is yours to publish. If it is not, whatever follows from that is yours to answer for, and the page comes down.

The whatevr name, the mark, the interface and everything written on it are ours. You can use the site: read it, link to it, trade through it. That is the whole of the permission, and it does not extend to copying the site, passing it off as yours, or naming a token as if it came from us.

Launching a token here licenses nothing of ours to whoever launched it. No token is an official anything.

An instruction to the chain cannot be taken back. When you sign, the transaction is broadcast and settles on its own. We do not hold it, cannot cancel it, cannot reverse it and cannot refund it, whatever it was for and however soon you write to us.

We never hold your funds or your keys. Every trade settles between your wallet and a contract, and what a contract does is what its code does, not what this page says about it.

We are not a broker, a dealer, an exchange, a custodian or a money transmitter, and nothing on this site is an offer of a security or of any regulated product. A token launched here is what its contract makes it, and no more than that.

We take a cut of every trade, and the numbers are on Fees. That means we earn more when there is more trading, whatever the trading is doing to the people doing it. You should read everything on this site knowing that.

We owe you no fiduciary duty and we are not acting on your behalf. Nobody working on whatevr is stopped from holding, buying or selling a token launched here, including one we show on the home page.

We do not endorse, verify or audit any token on this site, whoever it names. Working out what a token is worth is yours to do.

Every fee is on Fees, and every one of them is charged by a contract, not by an invoice. They can change for launches made after the change; a launch keeps the terms it opened with.

The network charges its own fee on top, to nobody here. A failed transaction still costs it.

The chain keeps everything by itself, publicly and permanently: every trade, every address, every launch. Nothing we do can unpublish that, and neither can you.

What we keep off chain is small: the launch metadata a creator sends, the images uploaded here, and an internal record of what moderation did and why. Reports and takedowns are kept after the thing they were about is gone, because a takedown that cannot be explained later is a takedown that did not happen.

Your wallet is yours to keep. We will never ask for a seed phrase or a private key, and anyone who does while claiming to be us is not us. We cannot recover a wallet, reverse a drain or freeze anything.

Check the address bar. A launchpad is a normal target for a copy of itself on a similar domain, and a copy can sign you into anything.

The site is provided as it is and as it happens to be available, with no warranty of any kind, to the extent the law where you are allows that. It can be down, it can be wrong, and a deploy can break something that worked yesterday.

Some of what you read here comes from somewhere else: prices, the chain itself, an indexer, a profile on X. We do not control any of them, we do not guarantee any of them, and a figure that cannot be attributed reliably is shown as unavailable rather than guessed.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for what you lose by using this site: a trade, a token going to zero, a tax you did not read, a transaction you signed, a chain that stalled, a contract that did what its code says, or a site that was down when you needed it.

If you break these terms, or publish something here that is not yours to publish, what follows from that is yours: the claim, the cost of answering it, and the cost of defending it.

These terms change when the product changes. The version on this page is the one that applies, and using the site after a change is how you accept it.

Nothing written here later takes back the commitment two sections up about taking a name and a picture off this site. That one only gets easier to use, never harder.

We make no claim about transaction ordering or protection from it. This chain has a single sequencer and orders by arrival; a trade can be preceded by another, and nothing here prevents that.

No figure on this site is a promise about the future. Where a number cannot be attributed reliably, the page says so instead of showing it.

Everything material is on chain and can be read without trusting this site: the supply, the tax, the split, what has accrued for a star, and whether liquidity can be withdrawn. Docs has the addresses.
